[BSD-INDIA] Using XEN

Hi,

I would want to use Xen and install multiple instances of Windows 2008
or Windows 2005 on it.
I plan to make the host OS NetBSD ( Is there a better host os? )
If i get a system wit 6 processors will I be able to have 3 instances
of windows assigned with 2 processors each?
