Pune should provide him with a broad band internet connection and it
should be only a matter of 1 or 2 nights to get him the FreeBSD CDs
from
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/7.0/7.0-RELEASE-i386-disc1.iso
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/7.0/7.0-RELEASE-i386-disc2.iso
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/7.0/7.0-RELEASE-i386-disc3.iso
for other platforms use
http://www.freebsd.org/where.html

I don't mind sending the CDs freely to students/people who cannot
afford the cost or download it due to some internet connection
problems.
I would request Lt Col Prashant to take a broad band connection if he
wants to experiment with Open Source software because that is cheaper
than some body sending CDs to you on a "Free of Cost' basis all the
time.
