Even this conclusion may not be accurate. But the logic is perfect.
Can you see if linux supports any option for specifying ping interval of
around 200 ms?
It might and you will get my results.
Then you cannot blame anyone.
Even though it isn't 'logical' to do this test, at least the results
disprove the hypothesis we began with.
